At Dukanwala, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfactory. However, if the product you receive doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a return or refund as per the following terms and conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• You must request the return within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt/order number).

• Returns are not accepted for the following types of products:

o Used or damaged items

o Personal-use items (e.g., innerwear, food items, cosmetics)

o Items purchased during a sale or clearance, or those marked as non-returnable

2. Return Process

1. To initiate a return, go to the "My Orders" section on our website and click on "Request Return".

Alternatively, you may contact us via email or phone.

2. Once your return is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup.

3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund process will be initiated.

• Once the returned item is received, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• The refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., card, UPI, net banking).

• Please note that in some cases, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

4. Exchange Policy

• If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., size or color), please return the original item and place a new order.

• We do not currently support direct exchanges.
